CARL BLACK TOP TRACKS CHALLENGE SERIES ROLLS INTO DIXIE SPEEDWAY THIS SATURDAY NIGHT JULY 28TH

 

Huntsville, AL (July 25, 2007) – Drivers from the Carl Black Top Tracks Challenge Series (TTCS) are ready to get back into action this Saturday Night at Dixie Speedway in Woodstock, GA.

 

The race will be highlighted by a thirty-lap feature event paying $2,000 to win.

 

Tyrone, GA’s Jake Knowles leads a close points battle heading into this weekends event.  Lamar Haygood currently sits in the second spot in points, but only by a mere four points.

 

Chuck Padgett currently sits in the third spot in points while John Owenby is fourth.  Alan Brewer rounds out the top five.  The top five in points are separated by only forty-eight points.

 

Along with these drivers, a host of other TTCS competitors will be in attendance along with a very strong contingent field of Dixie Speedway regulars.

 

Besides the TTCS, Dixie Speedway will also host the United Sprint Car Series (USCS) along with the Limited Late Models, Econo and Super Bombers and Pony Stock Class.

 

Gates on Saturday will open at 4PM with racing scheduled for 7:30PM.
