TOP TRACKS CHALLENGE SERIES ANNOUNCES
TITLE SPONSOR AND $25,000 POINT FUND FOR 2007
Huntsville, AL (March 30, 2007) – Top Tracks Challenge Late Model Dirt Series (TTCS) officials announced today an agreement for title sponsorship of the series and a $25,000 point fund for 2007.
Carl Black Buick/Pontiac/GMC of Kennesaw, GA a well known North Georgia Auto Dealer carrying the 602 and 604 crate engines, has signed on to be the title sponsor of the TTCS in the 2007 racing season.
Hoosier Racing Tire will return to the TTCS in the 2007 racing season as the official tire choice for all TTCS events. Hoosier will once again be the only allowed tire for competition this season.
TTCS series today also announced a $25,000 Point Fund for the 2007 racing season.
The series champion this season will receive $6,000, up from $5,000 paid last season to Inaugural Series Champion Mike Head. Second place in the points will receive $5,000 with third place $4,000, fourth place $3,000 and fifth place $2,000.
Along with the point fund money, all drivers who compete at every TTCS event this season will be eligible for a free crate engine presented by Carl Black Buick/Pontiac/GMC at the series finale race later this season. All drivers who compete at every event will have their name thrown in a hat, with one name pulled out, and that driver will win a 604 crate engine valued at $5,000, bringing the total point fund to $25,000.

The series first event of 2007 will be Saturday Night April 7th at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL featuring a forty-lap $2,000 to win event.
